1. Site owner

2. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of this website, as well as the engagement of the web design and development, custom application and artificial intelligence services offered through it.

3. Engagement terms

• Each project is formalised through a prior quote accepted by the client.
• Payment is made in two instalments: 50% at project start and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Projects include the revisions and change hours specified in the quote.
• Indicative delivery times are agreed with the client before starting.

4. Intellectual property

Once payment is complete, the client receives full ownership of the developed website or application, including its code. The contents of this website (texts, images and brand) are owned by Iván García or their respective owners.

5. Liability

The owner is not responsible for misuse of the contents of this website or for damages arising from factors beyond his control (network outages, third-party services, etc.).

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data provided through the forms is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
